Onward and Up

We are busy thinking of all the things we need to do to get ready. I'm thinking of what to take and what to leave--even though I didn't think to take much--my friend in Grenada said she'd teach me to cook national food and I'd need a blender and a rolling pin and a food processor. I love the food....but do I want to do a lot of it?? I'll have to ponder...
